What preview? They are playing INDIANAPOLIS. They are going to lose, and lose badly. It would be a major upset of Husky-USC proportions if the Hawks were to win this game. The best one can hope for is *no more major injuries*.
I’m very interested in finding out how the defense will do with Mora’s “Silent” [...]

The Seahawks did play better, as Coach Mora promised. They displayed better team effort and had less errors, physical and mental, than the previous game. Statistically, they won the game–more 1st downs, more 3rd down conversions, greater net yards + running yards + passing yards. The key of the game was that Chicago made their [...]

YEAH, SEAHAWKS! WIN #1 AND A SHUTOUT AT THAT!!!
I didn’t get my pre-game notes up prior to the game so I’m incorporating them into this one.
Mike Sando, NFC West, espn.com
“Seahawks coach Jim Mora and defensive coordinator Gus Bradley have called out players in front of their teammates. Coaches pointed out “loafs” as part of team [...]

Below are the highlights that I have gathered for this game:
Mike Teel was fantastic – 2 TDs, no interceptions – the guy is not playing like a rookie!!! The Hawks definitely will have something to think about re the draft if he keeps improving at this rate for the rest of the year (ie, do [...]

Here are some of the things I’ll being paying attention to against Denver
How well the offensive line does in the continued absence of Walt
Can the defense continue to do well vs the run?
Create more pressure on the QB & get some sacks?
Will the backup CBs show improvement from the last game?
See if Curry can make [...]

Coach Mora – I’ve been quite impressed with him so far. He has definitely shaken up the usual routine for the ‘Hawks this year, with new coaches, philosophies, training routines, and most noticeably increasing the pace of practice on the field. I liked the way he kept his head down & mouth shut last year [...]
